1. The service
Estudio25 is a private, internal tool used by its operator to publish videos to the operator's own YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts. It is not a public product and is not offered to other users.
2. Authorized use
Only the operator may use Estudio25, and only with accounts the operator owns or is authorized to manage. Any other use is not permitted.
3. Platform rules
All content published through Estudio25 must comply with the terms, community guidelines and API policies of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. AI-generated or altered content is labeled as such where the platforms provide that option.
4. Responsibility
The operator is solely responsible for the content published through the tool. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
5. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the date above shows the latest version.
