Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Estudio25 ("the app") is an internal tool operated by a single individual (the "operator") to publish videos on the operator's own social media accounts. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
1. Whose accounts the app accesses
The app only accesses accounts owned by the operator: the operator's YouTube channels (through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API), TikTok accounts (through the TikTok Content Posting API) and Instagram professional accounts (through the Instagram API). It is not offered to the public and no other person can sign in.
2. Data the app uses
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for the operator's accounts.
- Basic channel or account identifiers (channel ID, account ID, username) needed to upload to the right account.
- Information about the operator's own uploaded videos: IDs, titles, upload status and aggregate statistics such as views and audience retention.
3. No third-party data
The app does not collect, store or process personal data about viewers, commenters, followers or any other third party. It does not read private messages, contacts or comments for profiling, and it does not use any data for advertising.
4. Where data is stored
All tokens and data are stored locally on the operator's own computer, in files that are not shared with anyone. Nothing is sent to external servers other than the official APIs of Google (YouTube), TikTok and Meta (Instagram), and only to perform the actions described above.
5. Sharing
Data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
6. Google user data
Estudio25's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept only while the operator uses the app and are deleted from the local computer when an account is disconnected. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions, TikTok settings (Security › Manage app permissions) or Instagram settings (Apps and websites).
